In charge of this:

 Double degree in Law & Business Administration from Nebrija University, Madrid. Masters in Corporate Law from Garrigues Business School in collaboration with Harvard Law School, Madrid.

She is a member of the Almería Bar Association as well as the Almería Economist Association. Rosa Amo started her profesional career in the Tax department of Garrigues, providing her advice in the offices located in Almería and Málaga. After this period, she worked as a senior consultant in the Business Tax area of EY Abogados (Lawyers) in their Malaga office.

Rosa Amo has broad experience in business and personal, domestic and international taxation. During her career she has participated in several restructuring transactions, as well as in various Real Estate and stock sales and purchases. She has worked on the implementation of remuneration plans for the management and staff of certain companies and has represented individuals and companies before the Spanish Administration and the Court in taxation procedures.
